We were there yesterday and I have to say, it is certainly what I expected. My wife and I shared a sampler plate with ribs, fried okra, beans and sweet potato casserole. I’m having the chicken for a snack this evening!

BBQ 101 Class :: Savannah GA

Wiley has scheduled another BBQ 101 two night class running from 6:00 to 8:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday, June 28th and 29th. He will explain how to prep and smoke pork butt, ribs, chicken and beef brisket, as well as letting loose with a few of his secrets!
The class will cost $75 per person.  Registration is complete once payment is received.
