These awesome guys flew up to Savannah from Clearwater FL today to have lunch at Wiley’s! How cool is that! I suspect they had some kind of training in their Blackhawk helicopter…but they assured Wiley and me that they came to Savannah specifically for lunch with us! We treated them to soft drinks and dessert …hope they made it safely back to FL without having a stop for a nap!!
Crazy busy weekend at Wiley’s! A caravan of in-line skaters from North Carolina showed up in between their matches at the SuperGoose. We got them fed and some had to be very creative with their seating.
The skaters were well fed and happy and we hear they played awesome in their next match! Here is a link to their website http://www.teamcarolinahockey.com/tc-00

2. Weddings: 2011 has brought an increased number of inquiries regarding wedding receptions. Continue reading

While catering in Atlanta, we used to do a lot of upscale, non-barbecue events. He wanted to see if he still had “the right stuff.” Here is the menu that we served New Year’s Eve and it may be helpful to you as you plan an upscale event: Continue reading
Well it’s the holiday season, so Wiley and I want to share his method for grilling the perfect steak! See the prime rib eye that our pit-master William made us for my birthday last night…along with our famous grilled asparagus! Thanks, William, it was perfect indeed! Be prepared to amaze your friends and family!
